After their hair-raising adventure in Peru, Tad Jones has resumed his quiet life while his friend Sarah is about to reveal her latest big discovery at a presentation in Las Vegas. A brilliant archaeologist, she has found an ancient document that plots the location of King Midas’ necklace. It’s said that whoever is wearing the necklace will be able to turn whatever they touch into gold… Tad can’t wait to see Sarah again but, just like everything else in Tad’s life, things don’t quite go to plan. Their happy reunion is derailed when Sarah is kidnapped by a greedy, evil man who wants to force her to find the necklace so he can use it to make himself infinitely rich. And Tad’s the only one who can stop him.
