Highland band, Skippinish, are heading to Portree later this year.

Having come storming back from the edge of existence when they lost their former lead singer in 2016, Skipinnish are powering through their biggest year yet. 

Having started 2017 with their hit single "Alive" which they followed with the Album, The Seventh Wave, the magic of this band's music and self - penned songs are enchanting more and more people from Scotland and across the world.

In October 2017, they stormed a full house of fans from across the world at the iconic Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow. The gig sold out in record time with the first 600 tickets selling in less than 10 minutes!

As well as head-lining some of the UK's biggest festivals, Skipinnish have sold out every single venue they have appeared at in 2017, including Eden Court Theatre - Inverness, The Barrowland - Glasgow, The Queens Hall - Edinburgh, The Lemon Tree - Aberdeen, The Albert Halls - Stirling and many other venues across the country.

They will be coming to the Aros on Wednesday 13 December at from 7:30pm to 10:00pm.
