TEMPORARY PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE REQUIRED IN BUSY VETERINARY PRACTICE 

  • Required to help for approximately three months part-time
  • Flexible hours but to include at least ½ hour overlap time per week with
    • Book-keeper, who works 10am-5pm on a Friday
    • Business owner, available 5-6.30pm on Wednesdays and 6.30-7pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri          

The work includes

  • pet insurance claims 
  • managing our invoices from suppliers against deliveries and presenting for payment
  • collating all client income and sources for book-keeper
  • managing client payment plans
  • cheque pay-ins
  • petty cash reconciliations
  • regular management of vehicles (arranging MOT/insurance/servicing)
  • utility contracts
  • vaccination booster reminders
  • outgoing invoicing

I would anticipate that this work could be completed in approx 8-12 hours per week 

Remuneration in line with experience.
