"The most difficult part of the rescue was getting the team parked safely," said the Skye Mountain Rescue Team about their call out yesterday (Tuesday 13 August.)
The Mountain Rescue Team struggled to find somewhere to park as they attempted to reach a casualty near the Old Man of Storr.
The casualty had sustained a leg injury.
The rescuers tweeted: “Another call-out to the Storr again this afternoon to assist @Scotambservice with a casualty who had sustained a leg injury. This one was unusual in that the most difficult part of the rescue was getting the team parked safely at the location… #chaos.”
