Two climbers were rescued from a drop of almost 3,000 feet on Friday 5 April.
The two males had been attempting to traverse the Cuillin Ridge when they became cragfast at a knife-edge drop.
The climbers phoned the police and reported that they were just shy of the summit but could not move up or down.
Stornoway Coastguard helicopter winched the two climbers into the care of the Skye Mountain Rescue Team.
So far, Skye Mountain Rescue have clocked up almost 500 hours this year.
Both climbers were safe and well and required no medical treatment.
