Five local coastguard team members received recognition for their long service on Thursday 21 February.
The event, held at the Royal Hotel in Portree, saw five people receive awards for their years of service.
Dunvegan Station Officer, Calum Campbell, received a 30 year clasp.
Duntulm Station Officer, Kenina MacKenzie was awarded the 20 year medal.
Portree Deputy Station Officer, Robert Forrest, received the 20 year medal for his service.
Ruaraidh Macneil and Allan Macaskill, both of Dunvegan, each received the 20 year medal for their work.
The medals were awarded by the Area Commander.
The Coastguard Team stated: "It was great to get together and celebrate the dedication of these Coastguards towards their communities and the wider public over a cumulative total of around 120 years."
Area Commander, Murdo Macaulay, told Skye Times Online that part of the evening involved remembering the hard work from Roger Baillie, who died in 2015.
"Most of these people's service was done under Roger's guidance, so it's just a shame he wasn't there himself," Murdo commented.
