A search was carried out last night (Tuesday 4 September) for a walker who failed to meet a relative.
13 members of Skye Mountain Rescue braved the thick mist and darkness of Blà Bheinn.
The walker, who had become disorientated and took an alternative route down the mountain, was later located safe and well.
The team said: "Sarloc Rescue, a sheepdog called Jenny and some local knowledge all played a part in a happy outcome for this incident."
