Anyone driving between Braes and Sligachan on Saturday 2 June will likely see a rainbow of colourfully-clad walkers.
Skye and Lochalsh Young Carers, along with staff, volunteers and family, will be taking part in the Five Charities Rainbow Walk.
They will be supporting British Heart Foundation, MND Scotland, MacMilllan Nurses, CLIC Sargent and Medical Detection Dogs. Money raised will be split equally between the five charities.
The trek starts at 10am from the Peinchorran/Balmeanach junction to the road end then along the Sligachan lochside to finish at Sligachan Hotel about 1pm, covering five miles.
