Skye Mountain Rescue dealt with three shouts in just 24 hours this week.
A full team call out was requested for a casualty who took a serious fall whilst descending Sgurr Mhic Choinnich.
The team said: "We had just enough time to negotiate the traffic congestion at the Fairy Pools when another call out came in for a lady with a lower leg injury back North at the Quiraing.
"Fortunately the cloud eventually cleared and the casualty on Mhic Choinnich was able to be uplifted by the coastguard helicopter. In the mean time a few team members had made the 50 mile journey to the Quiraing and were able to stretcher carry the casualty down the path with some much appreciated assistance from passers by."
