Sleat-based business, the Skye Farm Shop, is set to change hands at the end of May.
The Skye Farm Shop was first opened in December 2013 by Martin MacLure, who aimed to sell and promote Highland produce. Since then, it has received multiple awards and has been a valued local service. Mr MacLure will close the doors of his shop for the last time on May 28.
The space will be taken over by Sleat Community Trust, which aims to support developments in the Sleat peninsula. The premises will be home to a shop and café called "Biadh & Blether" and are expected to re-open on May 30.
