Further steps were taken to get Glendale Community Hall back up and running again.
Visitors came from the Scottish Flood Forum and from the Highland Council. A flood door was recommended for the front and fire exit, but a full report will be submitted in due course.
The hall has been emptied and the contents have either been disposed of or sanitised and taken away to be stored.
The committee are now in the process of negotiating replacement items.
Very soon the lower internal walls, which stand at approximately three feet high, will be removed and dried out, then re-instated.
