A survey on possible uses for the Plock is avaible now.

Kyle and Lochalsh Community Trust is working to finalise transfer of the Plock ownership from Hamilton Park Trustees.

They are keen to hear ideas from the community regarding what should be the priorities for the Plock.  The results will help to direct the Trust's efforts.

Each idea will take only a small portion of the Plock, with the majority of the area being something for everyone to enjoy.  Additional car park spaces and improved disabled access will be incorporated into the main income generator ideas.

You can collect and submit it at the Kyle Library and the Kyle Village Hall or request it by email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The deadline is Friday 1 September 2017.

The survey is for those who live in the Trust's catchment area.  That includes postcode areas: IV52, IV53, IV40 (excluding Raasay) & IV41 8PG.
